Stratovarius have launched a competition where one lucky young musician will get two tickets to Tuska festival in Helsinki, where they get to see Stratovarius perform in concert – together with the band, on stage. Included in the prize is also an awesome week for one at Rock the Camp, a heavy- and hard rock camp that takes place from June 29th to July 3rd in my old home town, Lappajärvi, Finland. I will teach vocals at the camp, and other teachers include Matias for guitar, and Kai Hahto from Nightwish for drums, Kristian Wahlstrom (Guitars) and Ape Anttila (bass). The competition is only open to participants who live in Finland, but a similar competition will be launched worldwide next year.
